Meet the Sister: Amanda Diep
Position: Fundraiser 2010-2011, Pledge Mother 2011-2012
Pledge Class: Alpha Nu - Spring 2009
Major/Minor: NPB, B.S.
Future Career Plans: In the future I plan to study very hard for the MCATs, get into any medical school, and become a pediatrician. I also plan to get married before my 30's and start having children!
Why did you join KGD?
I joined KGD to learn more about the premedical process and also to meet people and expand my social network.
How has KGD changed your life?
KGD has brought me close to many girls. I can actually say that I have true friends here at Davis now. It is also great how we all take the same class, and we can study together. I would have to admit that without KGD, I wouldn't have many close friends, and people to study with.
What is your favorite part of KGD?
Pledge quarter was definitely my favorite part of KGD because of all the fun stuff I got to do with my pledge sisters!
What are your interests?
I love playing volleyball any spare time I've got. I also enjoy studying for classes, especially catching on to material I first didn't understand at first presence. Overall, I love enjoying life and encountering challenges.
What type of extracurriculars are you involved with?
During the quarter I get involved with intermurals, volunteering, and working with Bloodsource.
